Reports To: Program Director, Paramedicine

Job Summary

Working under the direct supervision of the paramedicine program director, primary duties will include ensuring the efficient operation of the paramedicine laboratory and simulation courses.  The position also includes administrative responsibilities including record administration and maintenance of department media sites.

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensures that all laboratory and simulation courses are appropriately staffed, setup and maintained
  • Maintains supply and equipment inventory and ensures laboratory and simulation rooms are properly stocked
  • Maintains all Department of Paramedicine records and ensures they are accurate and up to date
  • Performs administrative duties such as typing, filing, answering phone calls, mail duties, and note taking
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • EMT or Paramedic certification preferred
  • Experience with inventory software preferred
  • Experience teaching paramedic skills and simulation laboratory courses preferred
