Qualifications & Experience:
MANDATORY: (M1) Associate degree from a regionally accredited institution of higher learning; (M2) Current certification as an EMT/Paramedic (and/or verification of completion of a paramedic program), or hold a professional health care credential; (M3) Demonstrate current knowledge in course content and effectiveness in teaching assigned subjects; (M4) Ability to work well with others; (M5) Strong oral and written communication skills; (M6) Ability to use information technology for professional productivity (such as Microsoft Office Suite).
DESIRABLE: (D1) Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution of higher learning; (D2) Two years of experience in emergency medical systems; (D3) Previous experience in management or oversight of emergency medical/health care program(s); (D4) Experience in a leadership role in a professional organization; (D5) Experience with Colleague; (D6) Experience working within a collegiate setting.
